PAYMENT METHODS
Jamesia Tru 2 Form, LLC accepts credit card payments through Paypal and zelle-o. Payments can be processed via Paypal without a having a Paypal account. If payment is flagged during processing for potentially fraudulent charges, the order will be canceled, refunded and the customer will be notified.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We cannot cancel orders once they are submitted; however, you can refuse the package when it arrives. Once the returned package has been received, a refund will be issued for the product total minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In the event of a defect in material or workmanship, Jamesia Tru 2 Form, LLC may replace the goods or refund the purchase price for merchandise only. Jamesia Tru 2 Form, LLC, liability shall not, in any event, exceed the cost of furnishing a replacement for the defective product. In no event will Jamesia Tru 2 Form, LLC be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages for damage, injury, loss of use, and/or loss of profit resulting from the use or misuse of any product purchased from Jamesia Tru 2 Form, LLC. Replacements and/or refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Jamesia Tru 2 Form, LLC, provided that a written claim and photo evidence is received via e-mail or postal mail within 24 hours of the delivery date. Since some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permissible by law. Under no circumstances shall Jamesiatru2form.com or any other party involved in the creating, producing and distribution of Jamesiatru2form be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use Jamesia Tru 2 Form, LLC, including but not limited to omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to Jamesia Tru 2 Form, LLC / Jameisatru2form.com records, programs or services. Users hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services available through JamesiaTru2Form.com.
